Starting assumptions
These are deliberately broad, consumer budgeting assumptions—not fee schedules or promised prices. Your calculator result changes them using the choices you make. Cost model updated August 2026.
Figures may exclude or include different services at different offices. Review our methodology and assumptions before using a result for budgeting.
Why quotes differ
A useful comparison starts with the same treatment scope. Ask each practice to separate the surgical, restorative, preparation, and follow-up parts of its quote.
One implant, a supported bridge, and a full-arch restoration use different numbers of implants and prosthetic components.
Extractions, site development, bone grafting, and other preparation may be billed separately from the advertised implant price.
The crown, bridge, temporary teeth, and final material can materially change what is included in a complete case quote.
Local operating costs, specialist involvement, anesthesia, laboratory work, and follow-up policies vary by practice and region.

A lower headline price may leave out the final teeth, anesthesia, preparation, or follow-up. Ask for a written total and note which parts can still change after imaging.

It is a budgeting tool, not a quote. The calculator combines broad US planning ranges with the treatment, location, restoration, prep work, sedation, insurance, and financing assumptions you select. Your final price can only be determined after a licensed dentist examines you and reviews the necessary imaging.
A complete quote may include the implant post, abutment, crown or bridge, surgical placement, imaging, temporary teeth, anesthesia, and follow-up visits. Extraction, bone grafting, sinus procedures, sedation, and premium materials may be separate. Ask every office for an itemized written quote.
For planning, this calculator starts with a broad US range of $3,000 to $8,000 for an individual implant restored with a crown, before location adjustments or additional procedures. The number is a model assumption and not an official fee schedule or guaranteed market price.
Our current planning model starts at $30,000 to $80,000 for fixed teeth across both arches before location, material, grafting, extraction, sedation, and insurance adjustments. Treatment design and what a clinic includes can change the final quote substantially.
Many advertised All-on-4 prices are per arch. Two arches are generally needed for a full-mouth fixed restoration. Confirm whether a quote covers one arch or both, the final restoration material, extractions, grafting, temporary teeth, and follow-up care.
Coverage varies by plan, waiting period, annual maximum, exclusions, and whether each part of treatment is considered covered. Enter only a benefit amount you have verified with your insurer. The calculator does not determine benefits or eligibility.
Some treatment plans include grafting to prepare an implant site, while others do not. The extent and technique cannot be known from an online calculator. Selecting a graft option only adds a budgeting allowance; it does not mean you need that procedure.
The monthly preview uses the estimated out-of-pocket amount, the example APR you enter, and a standard fixed-payment amortization calculation over your chosen term. It excludes lender fees and is not an offer of credit. Actual approval, APR, and payment depend on the lender.
