Privacy by design
ImplantCostCalculator.com is designed to show a dental implant budgeting estimate without requiring an account, name, email address, phone number, dental records, photographs, or health history.
The values you enter in the public cost and financing calculators are calculated in your browser. At launch, those values are not submitted to us or stored in our database.
Information processed automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and security provider may process limited technical information when your browser requests a page. This may include an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, referring page, and security signals. We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site.
We do not use this technical information to diagnose health conditions or build a dental patient profile.
Browser storage and cookies
The site may use essential browser storage or cookies for basic preferences and reliable page delivery. The public calculator does not require an advertising cookie or an email gate to display a result.
If analytics, advertising, provider matching, or other non-essential tracking is added in the future, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before that feature is enabled.
Calculator data
Calculator inputs are general budgeting variables, such as treatment category, number of teeth or arches, broad location price level, optional procedure allowances, an insurance amount, APR, and repayment term.
Please do not try to submit names, dental records, diagnoses, images, insurance member IDs, payment card information, or other sensitive information through this website. The current calculator has no field for those items.
Third-party links
We link to public information from government agencies, universities, professional patient resources, and financial regulators. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may collect information when you visit them. A link does not mean that the third party sponsors or endorses this website.
Data sharing and sale
At launch, we do not sell calculator inputs, sell visitor leads, operate a provider-matching form, or share calculator values with dental practices or lenders. We do not accept credit applications.
We may disclose technical information if reasonably necessary to protect the site, investigate abuse, comply with law, or work with infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf.
Data retention and security
Calculator inputs are not retained by us at launch because they remain in the browser. Hosting or security logs may be retained by infrastructure providers according to their settings and policies. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we minimize collection and avoid requesting sensitive health information for the free calculator.
Children
This site is intended for adults making healthcare budgeting decisions. It is not designed to collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the product, legal requirements, or service providers change. The effective date above will be revised for material changes. We will not silently convert the current private calculator into a lead-sale product without updating the relevant disclosures.
